You will learn an integrative circular breathing method that, when combined with detailed awareness, provides access to your body at deeper and more subtle levels.
Increased body awareness and increased capacity to be OK with what you are feeling is a powerful path to lower your baseline level of stress and a root cause solution to heal trauma, expand consciousness and increase health and vitality in every cell of your organism.

Present moment body awareness in connection.
Everyday we explore the relational field, in pairs, small groups or collectively. We bring increased body awareness and increased curiosity and receptivity of what it's like to be in connection, moment to moment.
As opposed to coming with tips, assumptions and intellectual reflections and concepts, we reveal the present moment impact we have on each other; continually being curious of how our experience subtly shifts.
Our nervous system's perception of safety in connection increases dramatically and as we feel seen and heard like never before, we start accessing our unique wisdom and the life force within us spontaneously starts self-organizing towards greater health and vitality.
The retreat is held by the knowledgeable, experienced, compassionate and playful facilitator Robbin van der Crussen.
